This site uses Google Analytics

What data is collected

Google Analytics (GA) collects anonymous aggregate data from site visitors including which pages are visited, what time of the day the pages are visited, for how long those pages are visited, etc. GA collects hundreds, if not, thousands of data points regarding activity on the site. The only personally identifiable piece of information collected is a visitor’s IP address.

How is that data used

Google Analytics (GA) does not let me or anyone else see the IP address, but GA uses IP addresses to create reports that show where in the world visitors are from.

With an adjustment to this site’s GA code, the IP address anonymized. This means the last three digits of the IP are removed and geo-location is no longer accurate. For more on IP address take a look at this Wikipedia article

What data is collected

LearnDash is a learning management system that allows ProjectManagersAcademy.com members to take courses and record their progress through the course. The course progress is saved in the database, so you can start where you left off the next time you log in.

LearnDash collects data on which parts of course or quiz have been completed and shows you and ProjectManagersAcademy.com your progress.

How is that data used

That data is used by you to quickly find out where you are in a course or how you scored on a quiz. The data is also used by ProjectManagersAcademy.com employees to identify parts of courses or quizzes that are potentially confusing or need improvement.

This site uses Memberium [Theme My Login]

What data is collected

Memberium [Theme My Login] is a membership plugin that integrates with WordPress (website software) and Infusionsoft (CRM software). The CRM contains personally identifiable information that you provided when you registered for a course or signed up for a download or wanted to be included on the mailing list.

If you are on the mailing list or downloaded a free download, then this data only includes your name and email address.

If you bought a course and became a ProjectManagerAcademy.com member then this information may include your name, email address, physical address (used to process payments) and the first 12 digits of your credit card if you used a credit card for your purchase.

If you used PayPal for your purchase, then no other information about your payment method is shown.

How is that data used

For sending out the ProjectManagersAcademy.com newsletter your name and email address are used. Your name may be used to dynamically personalize pages on the website. No one except for you would ever see that personalization.

Your email address is never used outside of mailing the newsletter or other offers.

Your company and physical address is used only by the payment processor (PayPal) to authorize your payment.

You may update at any time the information about you and your personal preferences stored on the Site derived from your registration on the same by emailing admin@projectmanagersacademy.com. You may also ask us at any time to remove your name from our list of Site users who wish to receive electronic communications and e-mail advertisements from the Company and our affiliates by simply sending such a request to us at the numbers or addresses given below. Once you opt-out, we will honor your choice until you inform us otherwise.

Please note, if you want us to remove you from our list you will lose access to any courses you may have purchased in the past.
