“Project Manager” as a title was not popular three decades ago, but with the advancement and growth in information technology and pace of industrial competition, organizations realized that they need to stay organized and prioritized their tactical and strategic objective and be laser focused on what matter most. Project Managers are trained to help save the time, manage, and control these scarce resources and still achieve the set objectives.
This is a topic we teach in class…. since you asked, I will provide a simple overview. A projectized organization is one where the Project managers are the leaders of the team…. they dictate the pace of how resources are allocated and are in charge all the time. In one of our project organization courses, this is elaborated in great details. I will recommend you sign up for the Project Initiation course, you will learn more with real life experiences (and case study analysis).
Upcoming Webinars and Trainings are posted on the Events Page. We post the topics, objectives and what will be discussed at these webinars and trainings. You can also sign up; we will notify you when a webinar is coming up….

Most of the time, the skill development focused on some of the shortfalls we have observed in the market for the past fifteen years. Within the project management, we adapt a case study to discuss project management principles. Most of our students prefers these classes because of the opportunities to learn new ideas, collaborate to work on a fictitious project and see it from start to finish. In fact, our students come with unique experiences that they share with others to help them cross learn and perhaps network. We help the new professionals acquire skills to succeed and experienced ones to become more efficient in their project delivery.
Very good question, if the United States started doing it and deriving benefits from it, my answer would be, why not? There are a lot of value that the taxpayers receive because they have transparency around how tax revenue is being dispensed and these individuals take these tasks very seriously because of the legal instruments attached if things were to be done otherwise. In a number of ways, we have incorporated training of project management to public institutions and the experiment is extremely rewarding. Please request the project management course tailored to these public establishments need.
